You'll work closely with our sales and support teams to provide comprehensive technical solutions, from initial installation to ongoing maintenance.

In this role, you'll be working in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. This diverse environment will allow you to experience the rich culture and stunning landscapes of Bali while building a successful career in the technical services industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and equipment servicing for our clients.
• Maintain and repair various technical equipment, including but not limited to, computers, printers, and network devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems as required by our clients.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and preventive servicing to extend the lifespan of our clients' equipment.
• Work closely with our sales and support teams to provide comprehensive technical solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, equipment servicing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of providing excellent technical support and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of various technical equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and diagnostic tools, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
