📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Stocking and organizing products on shelves and in storage areas
- Assisting customers with their purchases and providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring that the minimarket is clean and well-maintained
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for restocking
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Promoting sales and special offers to customers
- Working with the team to ensure that the minimarket runs smoothly and efficiently
- Following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with basic inventory management software, such as Excel or similar tools
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently
