📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead a team of engineers in designing, building, and maintaining our infrastructure.
  • Drive technical excellence and best practices across the team.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure.
  • Mentor and develop engineers to help them grow their careers.
  • Collaborate with other engineering managers to align on technical strategies and goals.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability of our systems.
  • Represent Stripe at industry conferences and events.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a related field.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of engineers.
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies such as cloud platforms, networking, and security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with financial services or payment processing is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
