📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials.,Participate in product launch activities and provide support as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareAdobe FrameMakeror similar).Content management systems (e.g.DrupalWordPressor similar).Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.Experience with API documentation.Understanding of software development life cycle.Ability to work in a team environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.
