📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify, assess, and manage market risks across our financial services operations,Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the stability and profitability of the business,Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to anticipate and mitigate potential risks,Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and the board of directors,Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective risk management practices,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in market risk management,Provide guidance and support to junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in market risk management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in market risk management, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity,Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools,Proven track record of identifying, assessing, and managing market risks in a complex and dynamic environment,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
