Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify learning needs and develop training solutions to address these needs.,Implement and facilitate training programs, workshops, and other learning activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their learning needs and provide tailored solutions.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and other resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record in designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methods to measure the impact of learning initiatives.🛠️ Keahlian
