In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
