📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Present products and services to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support post-sale.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
