📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for the role and our clinic's culture.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
