📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain bakery equipment to ensure efficient production.,Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastries according to recipes and standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for raw materials as needed.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Assist in quality control by sampling and testing products.,Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus.,Good knowledge of baking techniques and processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
