• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare and organize financial reports using tools like QuickBooks and Excel
• Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks with high accuracy
• Support the accounting team in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Maintain organized spreadsheets and databases for financial records
• Assist in the preparation of tax documents and filings
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a virtual assistance or remote environment
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Familiarity with tax preparation and compliance is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English is required
