📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist Mandarin-speaking clients with language-related needs, including translation, interpretation, and communication support.
• Provide information and answer questions in Mandarin to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the local team to ensure seamless communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and non-Mandarin speakers.
• Assist in organizing Mandarin-language events, workshops, or training sessions as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Mandarin language skills within the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Mandarin language support and communication.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Mandarin language training programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in Mandarin language assistance, interpretation, or translation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Valid work permit and visa for Bali.
