📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.,Conduct tax planning and compliance audits for clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and mitigating risks.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team on new developments.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage the tax consulting process from start to finish, including client intake, project planning, and delivery.,Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate and individual taxation.,Professional certification in taxation, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Professional (CTP).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for tax savings and mitigate risks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
