Village Moon Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and a proven track record in account management. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from our office in Cilandak and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports and updates.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related role.,Proven track record of managing and developing key client relationships.,Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
