PT Industri Pratama Group is looking for a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management and a passion for creating a safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and standards.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective HSE programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HSE software and tools is a plus.,Valid HSE certification or license is a plus.
