Puskesmas Anggi Dental Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and safety of our food, and maintaining a high standard of service. This is a full-time position located in Pontianak, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menus that align with the clinic's health and wellness goals.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Optimize inventory and purchasing to control costs.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety and quality.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to develop and implement menus that meet health and wellness standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with hospital or clinic kitchen operations is a plus.
