📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assisting with table set-ups, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Providing accurate and friendly customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Stocking and organizing food and beverage supplies, including maintaining proper inventory.
• Following health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation.
• Assisting with special events and promotions as needed.
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhering to the resort's policies and procedures, including dress code and service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
