📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs aligned with the Service & Operations department's goals and objectives.
• Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they understand and can apply the new skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback for training programs.
• Analyze training program performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in L&D to continuously improve training programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in L&D, training and development, or a related field.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Docebo.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel as required by the role.
