JUNCTION Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Deputy Store Operator to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in retail operations and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stocking, ordering, and reordering.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Work closely with the Store Operator to ensure all store procedures and protocols are followed.,Perform cashier duties, including processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing change.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning, and organizing displays.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of merchandise for sales and promotions.,Monitor store sales and provide regular reports to the Store Operator.,Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support to the store team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
