📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the General Affairs Manager in managing office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.,Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.,Maintaining office records and documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.,Supporting the HR department in recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and preparing job postings.,Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management meetings.,Managing office security and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinating with external stakeholders and representing the company in official capacities.,Providing administrative support to the finance department, including managing invoices and payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
