📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages, using industry-standard tools like POS systems and inventory management software.
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering, restocking, and monitoring stock levels.
• Train and mentor new bar staff to maintain consistent quality and service standards.
• Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mixology and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in mixology or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software, such as Toast or Square.
• Excellent knowledge of local liquor regulations and health and safety standards.
