📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and recommendations to customers.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Stock and organize the retail space to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of coffee samples to customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.,Assist in the training of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the coffee industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and products.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg).,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
