CV Media Putih is seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate learning solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall HR strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in training and development or related fields is a plus.
