📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Designing and drafting architectural plans for villas and commercial spaces using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.
• Creating 3D renderings and presentations to showcase design concepts to clients.
• Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for design projects.
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Reviewing and approving construction drawings and specifications.
• Providing technical support and guidance to junior architects and designers.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the architectural field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
