Alliance Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-driven SME Account Manager to join our Business Development & Portfolio Growth team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and retaining SME clients, while also managing existing client relationships to drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SME sector, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential SME clients through targeted marketing campaigns and networking events.,Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions.,Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability for SME clients.,Monitor and report on client performance, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services to SME clients.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives to support business growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative and competitive financial solutions to SME clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in SME account management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the SME sector and the ability to identify and target potential clients.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
