📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Design and deliver training sessions to employees across various departments,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training solutions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Assist in the development of new training materials and resources,Conduct training needs analysis and develop training plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Fluency in Indonesian and English
