📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform onsite service and repairs for ceiling fans and digital door locks.,Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support during service visits.,Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines.,Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs.,Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and technical skills.,Collaborate with the RMA team to ensure efficient and effective repair processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an RMA technician or similar role.,Strong knowledge of ceiling fans and digital door locks and their repair processes.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in electrical and mechanical repairs.
