Village Smart Dinamis is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing payroll, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage payroll processing, including tax calculations and filings.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms.
