📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.,Manage and resolve construction defects promptly to maintain high-quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Prepare and submit progress reports and defect logs to the project manager.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high performance levels.,Maintain accurate records of all construction activities and defects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or project management.,Proven track record in managing construction projects and resolving defects.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
