📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train a team of F&B staff to maintain and improve service standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the F&B service.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in the development and implementation of F&B service strategies and initiatives.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency in service delivery.,Maintain accurate records of F&B service operations and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B service management.,Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
