📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.
• Assist in the development of HR strategies and programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
