📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menus that are both creative and profitable.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall management of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of culinary arts and techniques.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to manage a team and motivate staff to achieve high standards.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
