📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct quantity surveys and provide accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare and review project schedules, including material procurement and installation timelines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Review and approve construction drawings and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting and quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS, SQS) is a plus.
