📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the head nurse in managing the healthcare unit.,Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Documenting patient records and maintaining patient confidentiality.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintaining a clean and organized healthcare environment.,Participating in staff meetings and training sessions.,Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse or Deputy Nurse.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Familiarity with healthcare software and electronic health records.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Fluency in Indonesian language.
