📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing events, including weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.,Manage event logistics, including venue setup, decorations, and equipment.,Ensure the smooth flow of events by overseeing the activities of event staff and volunteers.,Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at the event venue.,Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Prepare and maintain event documentation, including schedules and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
