📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Support the HR department in managing employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters.,Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
